A brand of TipTopTours Switzerland (TipTopTours GmbH)

1. General Overview

These Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) govern all services, tours, courses, and tandem paragliding flights offered by GOEUROPEADVENTURE, a brand of TipTopTours Switzerland (TipTopTours GmbH). By booking, paying, or participating in any activity, the participant agrees to be legally bound by these T&C.

2. Scope of Agreement

By confirming a booking (online, direct, or via third-party platforms), you agree to:

All payment conditions
Cancellation and refund policies
Participation and safety requirements

This agreement applies to all persons included in the booking.

3. Definitions

Participant / Student / Passenger: Any individual taking part in tours, courses, or tandem flights
Tandem Paragliding Flight: A flight conducted with a certified professional pilot
Tours / Services: All activities, packages, and experiences offered by GOEUROPEADVENTURE

4. Booking Conditions

Minimum booking age: 18 years (or with legal guardian consent)
Minimum booking age: 18 years (or with legal guardian consent)
Bookings may be made:
- Online
- Directly
- Through agencies or partners

Consent may be withdrawn at any time.

5. Activity Description

All paragliding experiences are considered introductory experiences and not full certification courses.
Participants receive:

Basic introduction to paragliding
Safety instructions
Overview of weather and flight conditions

For professional certification (e.g., Parapro 2), participants must enroll in a certified flight school.

6. Informed Consent & Risk Acknowledgment

Paragliding and outdoor adventure activities involve inherent risks.
By participating, you acknowledge:

You understand and accept all risks
You voluntarily participate
You assume full responsibility for:
- Personal injury
- Accidents or incidents
- Damage to personal belongings

You agree that under no circumstances will you hold liable:

Its pilots, staff, or partners

7. Participant Requirements (General Tours & Courses)

Participants must:

Be in good physical condition
Follow all safety instructions
Hold valid travel/medical insurance (including paragliding coverage)
Provide required documentation (booking confirmation, forms, etc.)
Accept all local aviation and safety regulations

8. Tandem Paragliding Requirements

Recommended maximum weight: 90 kg (exceptions upon request)a
Ability to walk and run during takeoff
Suitable clothing:
- Warm outdoor clothing
- Sports or hiking shoes
Participants must inform pilots of:
- Medical conditions
- Motion sickness
No strict age limit (special approval required for <3 or >75 years)

9. Safety & Operations

All flights depend on weather and safety conditions
Final decision to fly lies with the pilot and operation team
Flights may be delayed, rescheduled, or canceled for safety reasons

10. Included Services

Depending on the booked package, services may include:

Certified pilot / instructor
Paragliding equipment
Briefing and safety instructions
Transport logistics (if specified)
Guidance during the experience

Not included (unless stated):

Transport tickets
Accommodation
Food and drinks
Photos/videos
Insurance
Additional activities

11. Medical Conditions

Participants must declare:

Any medical condition
Pregnancy (over 28 weeks not permitted unless approved)

A medical certificate may be required. GOEUROPEADVENTURE reserves the right to refuse participation for safety reasons.

12. Refund Policy

12.1 General Tours / Courses

No refund if the activity takes place
If canceled by GOEUROPEADVENTURE → Full refund
If canceled by participant (≥48 hours before) → refund minus 7% fee

12.2 Tandem Flights

Weather cancellation → refund minus 5% transaction fee
Participant cancellation:
- ≥48 hours → refund minus 5%
- < 24 hours → no refund
If canceled by GOEUROPEADVENTURE → refund minus payment processing fee (5%)

Refund timing:

Direct payments: up to 48 hours
Third-party bookings: 3–7 working days

13. Insurance

Personal accident insurance is not included in any services provided by GOEUROPEADVENTURE. Participants are responsible for ensuring they hold valid insurance appropriate to their activity. Special Note – Standard Tours
For regular sightseeing tours and non-flight activities, only valid travel insurance is required
Paragliding & Adventure Activities
For tandem paragliding flights and active adventure experiences, participants must have:

Travel insurance including coverage for paragliding and air sports
Valid medical coverage for the activity region

Proof of insurance may be requested prior to participation GOEUROPEADVENTURE (TipTopTours Switzerland) is not liable for any costs arising from lack of adequate insurance coverage.

14. Data Protection (GDPR)

GOEUROPEADVENTURE complies with GDPR regulations.

Personal data is processed lawfully and securely
Data is never shared with third parties without consent
Communication consent is considered granted upon booking

15. Additional Provisions

Participants must comply with all local aviation laws
Use of tracking apps or communication systems may be required for safety
GOEUROPEADVENTURE reserves the right to modify operations for safety reasons

16. Legal Entity

GOEUROPEADVENTURE is a brand operated by: TipTopTours Switzerland (TipTopTours GmbH)
